<p>Kiren grew up skiing at Willamette Pass and raced in high school. In college in Vermont she discovered backcountry and telemark skiing. She enjoys backcountry touring and has skied off the summits of Mt. Baker, Mt. Adams and Mt. St. Helens. When not in the mountains, Kiren teaches in a Dual Language elementary program in Vancouver and is excited to coach another season with MRT. USSS Level 100.</p>
