Scott moved to Oregon from the midwest (Go Packers!) beginning his Oregon coaching career with MRT! He started skiing on the bulletproof ice found on small hills in Wisconsin, leading into a coaching career with the college team at University of Wisconsin. 30+ years of coaching experience from U8's to FIS/NorAm level and all things in between. He has worked with High School, College & Club teams, as well as summer coaching with camps including Ligety/Weibrecht.  His daughter is an alumni of MRT, and also the main instigator of "Coach Becky" that has circulated around the mountain. (I'm THAT guy).

 Scott's ski racing philosophy is "Ski fast, have fun; the least that will happen being on a ski team is you will become an AWESOME all around skier for the rest of your life!"
